Firepool Lock (Taunton) Management Company Limited looks after the shared parts of the estate: roads and paths, landscaping, lighting, parking areas and the blocks' communal parts. If you own a home here, you are a member. Company number 08480670.
Three volunteers run the company: Tim Rigby (chair), Rob Deville and Ugur Karakus. Day to day, GTH Property Management does the work. Directors are appointed by the members under the company's articles.
